NSE Ikeja Branch Annual Business Luncheon

Engr. Mrs. Akingbagbohun joined engineers, policymakers, investors and stakeholders within Nigeria’s construction and infrastructure ecosystem at the Nigerian Society of Engineers Ikeja Branch’s Annual Business Luncheon, held under the theme “Reclaiming the Built Environment Value Chain: Strengthening Regulation and Investment in Nigeria’s Construction Ecosystem.” Discussions centred on the need for stronger regulatory frameworks, improved collaboration among industry players, and increased investment in infrastructure development.

In a goodwill message, NSE President Engr. Ali Rabiu, represented by former NSE President Margaret Oguntala, urged engineers to embrace financial literacy, entrepreneurial thinking and business intelligence alongside technical expertise. The branch also used the occasion to launch its Career Accelerated Programme, offering mentorship, structured training and industry exposure for young engineers.
